Can I try Teletype for free?
Yes. Save one connection and use it with a compatible host. Pro expands your connection library and adds sync, custom themes, and Picture in Picture.
What about my other Apple devices?
Teletype is available for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Use the Apple Account you purchased with and choose Restore Purchases in Teletype’s Pro settings if your purchase is not showing. Contact support if you need help.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Teletype’s Pro settings and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Does Pro include a remote server?
No. Teletype connects to your existing computers and servers. The host must run a compatible service and be reachable over your network or VPN.
Can I manage my subscription?
Manage monthly or annual subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
