Remote access for iPhone and iPad
Teletype brings SSH, Mosh, SFTP, RDP, and VNC into one native app—so your servers, files, Windows PCs, Macs, and Linux desktops are always within reach.
Start with one saved connection free. Designed for iOS and iPadOS 26 or later.
One app. Five ways in.
Use the protocol that fits the machine. Keep every saved connection, control, and security choice in one familiar place.
SSH + Mosh terminal
Run commands on Linux, macOS, cloud, VPS, and homelab servers. Switch to Mosh when the network likes surprises.
Explore SSH and Mosh
SFTP file browser
Browse servers and NAS folders, upload from Files, download for Quick Look, rename items, and keep moving.
Explore SFTP
RDP client
Control compatible Windows PCs and servers with touch pointer input, keyboard controls, zoom, pan, and Picture in Picture.
Explore RDP
VNC viewer
Reach Mac and Linux screens, choose displays, scale the desktop, and keep precise pointer and keyboard control.
Explore VNC
Real Picture in Picture
Leave a live terminal or remote desktop visible while you read instructions, answer a message, or move through another app. The session stays useful without taking over the screen.
Optional iCloud sync
Sync saved connections, appearance, themes, and remote-desktop defaults across your iPhone and iPad. Keychain credentials remain a separate choice you control.
Private by design
Teletype connects to the hosts you configure. It does not run a relay for your sessions, track you across apps, or sell your data.

Good to know
SSH and Mosh servers, SFTP servers and NAS storage, Windows computers that host RDP, and Mac, Linux, or other desktops that provide compatible VNC access.
No. The destination must already provide SSH, SFTP, RDP, or VNC, and it must be reachable from your iPhone or iPad through the network or VPN you use.
Teletype is designed for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. A native Mac version is not part of the current app.
